Quitting Smoking and Weight loss are 2 of the
biggest challenges people have in day to day
life. Although neither of these are a physical
issues no matter what people believe.
Smoking cessation can be one of the most difficult
things to kick as modern day cigarettes are filled
with chemicals to hold the addiction in the brain
chemistry. That is why it is so addictive. Also
people use this as a reason to keep on smoking
or give up each time they TRY to stop. If smoking
is so hard to stop and is a physical thing then
why is it that people who are ill with the flu
and have smoked for 20 years sometimes never
go back to another cigarette again after getting
better? There reason, they just don't feel like
one.
If that was a physical addiction then they would
have “cold Turkey” like symptoms and it would
take time for the body to come off the drug.
It is simply a belief change. A perspective
